Brunelcare is an award-winning charity providing housing, care, and support for older people in the South West. We are seeking a dedicated Night Care Assistant to join our team and contribute to creating a homely environment for our residents.

About the Role

  • Deliver person-centred care and support to help individuals maintain their independence and quality of life.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to provide a safe and supportive environment for residents.
  • Maintain accurate records of care and support provided, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development of care plans and reviews, ensuring they are tailored to individual needs.

About You

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support. You will have excellent communication skills, a kind and caring approach, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Experience in care is desirable, but not essential. What is essential is your enthusiasm for delivering person-centred care and your commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of our residents.
