About the Position

We are looking for a talented Manufacturing Process Engineer to lead our quality management efforts and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer and supplier quality skills, along with strong problem-solving abilities within the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate products to ensure their safety and quality, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain effective quality management systems, including Goods Inward Inspection and Despatch procedures.
  • Train and educate staff members on quality control principles, promoting a culture of excellence within the organization.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement tools to enhance awareness and understanding of quality management principles.
  • Work closely with suppliers to resolve issues promptly, minimizing disruption to production.

We offer an attractive salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
