This Manufacturing Engineering Degree Apprenticeship at Rolls-Royce offers a unique opportunity to develop expertise in manufacturing engineering principles. Salary and Benefits
The starting salary for this role is £20,735 per year, with annual pay rises. You will also receive fully sponsored BEng degree, 33 days' holiday per year, competitive pension, and a range of voluntary benefits including discounts at nationwide stores and gyms.
Job Description
As a Manufacturing Engineer Apprentice, you will spend your first year completing foundation training at the University of Sheffield Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre (AMRC). You will gain practical knowledge in areas such as digital manufacturing solutions, interfacing with suppliers, project management, and cost control.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5 GCSEs including Maths and English Language at grade 5/B, plus three other subjects at grade 4/C.
- Three A-levels at Grade BBC, including two A-levels at grade B in Maths, and either Physics, Engineering, or a STEM-related subject.
- A Level 3 Extended BTEC Diploma in an appropriate discipline at DDM, including Maths A-level at grade B.
