About the Role:
VNA Education is a dynamic and forward-thinking organization committed to providing exceptional educational experiences for all students. We are currently seeking a highly skilled SEN Provision Manager to lead our SEND team and develop innovative strategies to support students with special educational needs.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of SEND policy and procedures and experience in managing teams. You will work closely with our senior leadership team to drive the strategic development of our SEND provision and ensure that we provide high-quality teaching and learning opportunities for all students.

We offer a competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a full-time position, and you will be expected to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective strategies to support students with SEND.
- Manage the day-to-day operation of our SEND provision, including coordinating with external agencies and parents.
- Provide professional guidance to colleagues and work closely with the Designated Teacher to support looked-after children with SEND.

Estimated Salary: £78,750 per annum.
