Key Worker Specialist

Cranstoun is a charity that empowers individuals to change and rebuild their lives. As a Key Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering a high-quality and safe service to those affected by alcohol and other drugs in Worcestershire.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and engage with service users to understand their needs and develop personalized support plans.
- Manage case loads and provide ongoing support to help individuals achieve their goals.
- Deliver harm reduction interventions and provide access to needle syringe programs.
- Work collaboratively with operational teams to ensure effective service delivery.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Good knowledge of harm reduction principles and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good Microsoft Office skills and ability to manage your own diary efficiently.
