We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Key Worker to join our team in Worcestershire. As a Key Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to individuals affected by alcohol and other drugs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide flexible outreach and advice to individuals with complex needs
- Work in close partnership with other agencies to case manage and support individuals
- Deliver psychosocial interventions and harm reduction strategies
- Advocate for individuals and support them in accessing a range of services
As a Key Worker with Cranstoun, you will have the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of individuals affected by alcohol and other drugs. You will be part of a motivated and committed team that is dedicated to delivering a high-quality service.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about making a difference and have a strong desire to support others. If you have good Microsoft Office skills and are able to manage your own diary efficiently, we would love to hear from you.
Requirements- Enhanced DBS Disclosure
- Ability to work some evenings
