Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Experience Expert to join our team at The Bournemouth Highcliff Marriott Hotel. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that every stay is memorable and unique.
About the Role
As a Guest Experience Expert, you will be empowered to take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay. This may include processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, completing reports, and sharing the highlights of the local area.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service and ensure that every stay is memorable and unique
- Process operational needs and address guest requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Complete reports and maintain accurate records
- Share knowledge of the local area and recommend attractions and activities to guests
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services
