Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Process operational needs, address guest requests, and complete reports in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Empower guests to make the most of their stay by sharing local knowledge and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe and welcoming work environment.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and protecting company assets.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing and moving around for extended periods.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
