The Role
We are seeking an Apprentice Financial Administrator who will be responsible for business administration, customer service, and IT skills.
Main Duties:
- Process supplier invoices, reconcile statements, and deal with suppliers.
- Perform general administrative tasks.
- Liaise with Department Managers to obtain invoice authorisation before payment.
- Process daily banking transactions.
- Distribute incoming post as necessary.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and phone etiquette skills.
- GCSE English Grade 4 or equivalent.
- Ability to handle objections and difficult situations.
- Strong team player with good time management skills.
- An eye for detail.
About You
- Minimum GCSE Maths and English or equivalent.
- Computer literate with expertise in Microsoft Office/Excel.
- Good communication skills/telephone manner.
This role is an apprenticeship, where you will study NVQ Level 2 Business Administration. Please note that this is an apprenticeship wage for the duration of the apprenticeship.
