  • Prepare correspondence including letters and emails
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date client records
  • Process letters of authority and chase up providers
  • Maintain administration systems and client data
  • Build relationships with clients and interact directly
  • Arrange client meetings for Advisers when required
  • Prepare client files for adviser meetings
  • Process and monitor new business for both new and existing clients
  • Manage pipeline activity and provide regular progress updates
  • Monitor and progress cases through to issue, liaising with clients and third parties
  • Issue policy documents
  • Provide general back-office support using IO software
  • Liaise with paraplanning and operations teams
