Job Details:
- Children's Home Registered Manager
- Manage a residential care service that provides support to young people with EBD and challenging behaviours
- Work with the RI and HR team to ensure the service is safe and effective in creating positive outcomes for children and young people
- Build and develop the residential staff team, including Deputies, Team Leaders and Support Workers
- Ensure the service meets OFSTED standards
- Manage referrals and quality assurance
- Burton based
Pay Details:
- Up to £50,000
Hours Details:
- Full-time, permanent contract
- Monday - Friday
- + on-call responsibilities
- Flexible start and finish times available
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in children and young people
- NVQ Level 5, or working towards
- Deputy or Registered Management experience
- Driving licence
