Residential Care Practitioner

At Tudor Employment, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Care Practitioner to join our team in a Children's Care Home in Burton. As a Residential Care Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting the care and well-being of children and young people in our care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct care and support to children and young people, promoting their independence and positive outcomes.
• Engage in activities, play, and educational pursuits with the children and young people, fostering a sense of community and belonging.
• Collaborate with the wider team to ensure the children and young people receive comprehensive care and support.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in children's care home roles is essential.
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence is required.
• Familiarity with residential care principles is beneficial.
• Level 3 or 4 in Residential Child Care (Children and Young Peoples Workforce) or a willingness to work towards this is necessary.
• Ability to work shifts and sleep in the home overnight is required.
• Must have valid Right To Work in the UK.
