As an Leisure and Social Activities Coordinator at Sanctuary Group, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment where you can make a real impact. You will be responsible for planning and delivering a range of leisure and social activities that promote engagement, independence, and well-being.

You will work closely with our team to understand the needs and preferences of our residents, and develop activities that cater to their interests and abilities. You will also be responsible for communicating effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure that all activities are tailored to meet their needs.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a caring and enthusiastic attitude. Experience is not essential, as we provide on-the-job training and support. We offer a competitive salary of £12.25 per hour, plus benefits including 20 days' annual leave, complimentary meals during long shifts, and a contributory pension plan.
