About This Opportunity
">Career Teachers UK is seeking an experienced Activity Coordinator to join our team at a SEND school in Romford. This role offers the chance to make a real difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs and support them in achieving their full potential.
">As an Activity Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement engaging activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our pupils. You will work closely with our teaching staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth.
">Your duties will include:
">- Designing and delivering activity programmes that align with our curriculum and meet the needs of our pupils;
- Collaborating with colleagues to plan and execute events, workshops, and projects that promote pupil engagement and participation;
- Providing one-to-one support and guidance to pupils as needed, promoting positive relationships and behaviours;

Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you should possess:
">- A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience working with children with SEN;

- Adaptability, creativity, and a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of children with SEN;
