Marc Daniels is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Assistant to join their team in a growing company. As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and reconciliation of monthly financial statements, including balance sheet accounts and bank accounts.
- Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory with full responsibility.
- Process transactions, post to journals, ledgers, and other records, and prepare electronic bank transfers and payments.
- Support the Finance team with administrative duties, ensuring timely payments and maintaining vendor files.
- Liaise with vendors, resolve queries, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant in a similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
