We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our team at Haywood Recruitment Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and demonstrating our medical products to clinical staff in various customer settings and at industry trade shows/conferences.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to negotiate sales and close deals. They will also be self-motivated and well-organized, with a strong commercial and customer service orientation.

The role involves:

  1. Promoting and demonstrating our medical products to clinical staff.
  2. Negotiating sales and closing deals.
  3. Working with the Sales Manager to ensure accurate product specification and successful clinical trials.
  4. Developing national promotional plans with the Sales and Marketing Team.
  5. Liaising with Customer Services regarding customer enquiries and pricing.
  6. Liaising with Technical Services and the UK Service Dealer(s) regarding service matters.
  7. Focusing on building relationships with all customers.
  8. Updating sales forecasts weekly.
  9. Providing feedback for improvement in our activities.

The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a desire to succeed. They will also have negotiation and assertiveness skills, with the ability to close sales.
