We are seeking an experienced Medical Dermatology Representative to join our team. As a key member of our National Medical Detailing team, you will be responsible for detailing CeraVe, La Roche Posay, and Vichy products to healthcare professionals across your territory.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve regional sales targets by implementing individual activities tailored to call rates, coverage, and frequency of calling on identified customers, including secondary care dermatologists, GPs, primary care prescribers, and influencers, dermatology specialist nurses, community and retail pharmacists.
  • Develop a Territory Action Plan outlining activities to be undertaken at the territory level and agree clear SMART objectives with the Medical Relations Manager for specific strategic actions.
  • Maintain high levels of product knowledge, participate in training programs, and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Be aware of local industry standards and L'Oréal's ethics charter, ensuring compliance.
About You:
  • Educated to degree level, with basic science/medicine understanding.
  • Proven medical sales background, driving success in primary, secondary care, and key account management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, IT competence in using reporting systems, email, Microsoft Office, and iPads.
  • Experience in delivering large medical educational events live and virtually.
Salary and Benefits:

Competitive salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include a pension plan, profit share scheme, and opportunities for career growth and development.
