Job Title: Head Chef

We're seeking an experienced Head Chef to join our team. As a specialist in creating delicious Neapolitan pizzas, you'll be responsible for ensuring every guest leaves with a full belly and already planning their next visit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management & Engagement: Lead and motivate our kitchen team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Recruitment, Training, and Succession Planning: Identify and develop talent within the team to ensure a smooth succession plan.
  • Stock Management: Oversee the management of ingredients and supplies to maintain high standards.
  • Successful Guest Pizza Launches: Collaborate with the team to launch new pizzas and ensure their success.
  • Kitchen Maintenance Management: Ensure the kitchen is well-maintained and meets health and safety standards.
  • Food Quality Auditing: Conduct regular audits to ensure the highest standards of food quality.
