Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to work with our Operational Capital team, responsible for delivering projects that support the trust’s strategic objectives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Project Delivery: Work closely with stakeholders to design and deliver operational capital projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and health and safety standards.
  • Contractor Management: Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, ensuring they meet the trust’s expectations and adhere to safe working practices.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Provide regular project updates and ensure accurate documentation of asset lists, record drawings, and building manuals.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven track record as a senior manager in estates and facilities management.
