About the Role

This is a great opportunity to work as a Field Care Supervisor with City and County Healthcare Group Ltd. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care support services in the community. You will assess and review individual services, supervise and instruct care workers, and participate in multi-disciplinary reviews of service users' needs.

Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of high-quality care support services in the community.
  • Assess and review individual services to ensure they meet the needs of service users.
  • Supervise and instruct care workers to ensure they are competent in their roles.
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary reviews of service users' needs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need experience in carrying out initial risk and needs assessments, working in partnership with service users, their family, carers, advocates, healthcare professionals, and others. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
