Position Summary

As a Clinical Services Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering mental health services to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include developing individualized action plans, participating in clinical supervision, and joining our crisis team for timely interventions.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement mental health services addressing anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and substance use disorders.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop personalized action plans, focusing on their unique needs.
  • Engage in regular clinical supervision and staff meetings to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Join our crisis team to respond to emergencies and provide critical support.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Masters Degree in a relevant field, such as mental health counseling, social work, or psychology, from an accredited institution.
  • Demonstrate at least one year of experience working with clients diagnosed with substance use disorders, mental health disorders, and co-occurring disorders.
  • Apply safety/risk assessment skills to effectively support high-risk populations.
  • Develop computer skills to efficiently manage electronic medical records.
