  • Manage Employee Relations Cases: Investigate and resolve employee relations cases, including performance, grievances, disciplinary actions, and absence, in a fair and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with HR Teams: Work closely with HR teams to implement programs, analyze HR data, and ensure compliance with employment laws, maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
  • CIPD or equivalent HR qualification required.
  • Proven HRBP experience, preferably in professional services.
  • Expertise in change management, organizational development, and workforce planning.
  • Knowledge of employment law in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on employee wellbeing.
