HR Business Partner Opportunity at Randstad UK

Randstad UK is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Belfast Metropolitan College. As an HR Business Partner, you will provide strategic HR support to Senior Managers and line managers, ensuring consistently high standards of HR service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise on and contribute to the development of HR policies, strategies, and business plans within allocated work areas.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to managers in allocated work areas in the implementation of robust employee relations, recruitment, and selection processes.
  • Guide managers on the optimum utilisation and deployment of resources within allocated work areas.
  • Implement proactive employee relations initiatives and provide management guidance on all aspects of employee relations.
  • Work with and advise managers in allocated work areas on the investigation and resolution of complaints, issues, and concerns regarding employment practices.
Requirements:
  • Hold a relevant professional qualification - level 6 and above.
  • 5 years plus experience in an HR role.
  • Employee Relations Experience.
  • Recruitment Experience.
  • Previous business partner experience is essential for this role.
