Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Randstad UK. The successful candidate will provide strategic HR support to Senior Managers and line managers, ensuring consistently high standards of HR service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

* Advise on and contribute to the development of HR policies, strategies, and business plans
* Provide coaching and mentoring to managers in the implementation of robust employee relations, recruitment, and selection processes
* Guide managers on the optimum utilisation and deployment of resources
* Implement proactive employee relations initiatives and provide management guidance on all aspects of employee relations
* Work with and advise managers on the investigation and resolution of complaints, issues, and concerns

Requirements:

* Relevant professional qualification (level 6 and above)
* 5 years plus experience in an HR role
* Employee Relations Experience
* Recruitment Experience
* Previous business partner experience is essential
