Job Description: Customer Service Assistant - Food and Beverage

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Brook Street team as a Customer Service Assistant - Food and Beverage. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced food and beverage environment.

Your key responsibilities will include preparing rooms and delivering food service, adhering to security measures and reporting maintenance issues to management, and maintaining a professional appearance in accordance with the Staff Handbook. You will also be required to participate in the appraisal scheme and undertake necessary training, take responsibility for personal health and safety in the workplace, and comply fully with company policies, including equality of opportunity and data protection.

Salary: £25,000 per annum

Benefits: 33 days annual leave (including public holidays), membership of a contributory pension scheme available, and flexible working hours.
