Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursery Room Leader to join our team at Busy Bees Crawley Denvale Park Nursery. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of childcare and education are met for our children.

About the Role

As a Nursery Room Leader, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting the team in your room, ensuring that every individual child's needs are met. This includes supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs, taking ownership of observation, assessments, and planning for your key children, and providing developmentally challenging next steps.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that we encourage and praise children's development and achievements, while guiding and managing the team in your room. Most importantly, you will have FUN
