Making a Difference
In this significant role, you will be assessing applicants for a scheme related to historical events in Northern Ireland. This is an opportunity to work with a variety of individuals from different socio-economic backgrounds and make a real difference in their lives.

About You:
You should have at least 2 years post-registration experience as a Doctor, Nurse, or Allied Healthcare Professional and be fully registered with the GMC, NMC, or HCPC, with a valid PIN and no restrictions. Strong analytical and report-writing skills, along with the ability to remain neutral on sensitive historical matters, are essential. You should also have proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and IT systems for documentation.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Assess individuals who may have been affected by historical events in Northern Ireland. Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments (in person and remotely), reviewing medical evidence and documenting detailed reports for decision-making. Engage with other healthcare professionals to gather supporting medical evidence when necessary. Compile structured, evidence-based assessment reports for the Victims Payment Board. Ensure the quality and productivity targets are met as per contractual service level agreements.

What We Offer:
A competitive salary range of £38,500 - £41,500, retention bonus of 5%, additional bonus up to 10% for quality and retention, and estimated total earnings of £45,650.
