About the Role

Livewell Southwest CIC is seeking an experienced Infant Mental Health Practitioner to join our team in Plymouth. As a key member of our Infant Mental Health Pathway, you will work with children aged 0-5 years and their families, providing consultation, assessment, and therapeutic interventions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver consultation, assessment, and interventions to infants and young children aged 0-5 years and their parents/carers.
  • Co-ordinate and implement evidence-based targeted interventions incorporating outcome measures.
  • Work collaboratively with other CAMHS pathways across the city to ensure seamless care.
  • Communicate effectively with children, families, and health professionals.
  • Participate in clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives.
