Job Description:
We are seeking a Junior Office Coordinator to join our team at Lucid Support Services Ltd. As a Junior Office Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to our busy sales office.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to general email inquiries.
- Assist with organizing and maintaining digital and physical filing systems.
- Support the team with basic administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
- Assist with basic data entry and update our CRM.
