About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Senior Staff Nurse to join our existing ward and Day surgery unit. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to take on new challenges, develop leadership skills, and enhance your clinical abilities.
Responsibilities
- Prioritise workloads and deliver high-quality care at all times.
- Assess, plan, and evaluate care based on individual patient and family needs.
- Continuously seek to develop clinical skills and delivery of care to meet service users' needs.
- Risk assessment and management, ensuring a safe environment for patients, visitors, staff, and colleagues.
- Clinically lead the department.
- Support and act as a role model for junior staff, encouraging a learning environment, assessing training needs, and ensuring these are met.
What You'll Bring
- NMC Registered general Nurse.
- Surgical Nursing experience.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the role.

- Experience and confidence in effectively meeting compliance to the government framework.
- Comprehensive understanding of legal and professional care/practice standards and evidence of ongoing professional development in nursing practice.

Salary Information
The estimated salary for this role is around £44,500 - £56,100 per annum, depending on experience.
