Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to lead our therapy services in a school setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and facilitating needs-led and evidence-based group and individual programmes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments to identify service users' needs
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to support service users in achieving their goals
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide a range of therapies for young people with social, emotional, and mental health illnesses
  • Work closely with residential therapy teams to provide comprehensive support to service users
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of therapy programmes and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • Extensive experience as an Occupational Therapist
  • HCPC registration
  • Understanding of young people with Autism and Mental Health
