NonStop Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Occupational Therapist to join our team in providing specialist rehabilitation services to patients with acquired neurological conditions and disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' needs and strengths, utilizing formal and informal measures as appropriate, and provide risk assessments.
- Develop and implement evidence-based care plans, management strategies, and clinical goals, clearly recorded and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor, evaluate, and modify treatment plans to ensure effectiveness using outcome measures.
- Manage a caseload independently with supervision from the Lead Occupational Therapist.
- Provide specialist Occupational Therapy to patients undertaking Neuro Rehabilitation as part of a collaborative and goal-driven multidisciplinary team.
- Occupational Therapy Qualification
- HCPC registration
- Experience in neurology, specialist rehab, and/or complex care
