Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to lead our therapy programs in a school setting. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for planning and facilitating needs-led and evidence-based group and individual programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive occupational therapy assessments to support students in building a brighter future.
  • Collaborate with our residential therapy teams to provide a range of therapies for students with social, emotional, and mental health needs.
  • Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to identify service users' needs and create individualized plans.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to our therapy team to ensure high-quality services are delivered.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience as an Occupational Therapist, HCPC registered.
  • Understanding of young people with Autism and Mental Health.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
