Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Manager to join our team at 3D Personnel in Cambridge or East London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support the business in all aspects of health and safety.
  • Establish, manage, and monitor standards, processes, communications, training, and systems to ensure adherence to health and safety responsibilities.
  • Conduct risk assessments for work equipment and operations.
  • Document, investigate, and implement improvements for accidents.
  • Manage safety inspections, fire drills, and alarms.
  • Develop health and safety policies, systems of work, and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate health and safety training records.
  • Perform documented health and safety inspections, audits, and checks.
  • Deliver structured health and safety training programs.
  • Liaise with external consultants on training programs and health and safety services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in health and safety management.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
