The Growth Lead will be responsible for driving growth in the UK market, focusing on net new growth and enabling organic growth within our client base. - Collaborate closely with partnerships, growth, and local teams to align on strategic goals and initiatives.
- Oversee sales initiatives and ensure achievement of set targets.
- Stay updated with the latest digital trends and technologies to maintain competitiveness and innovation.
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic professional with a strong understanding of the digital landscape, including technology, content production, data, and brand strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and leading small teams, with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in various roles and positions within the digital media industry, with a strong understanding of data analysis, technology, content, and digital media strategies. They will also have exceptional knowledge of the digital media and adtech landscape, with the ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with colleagues, partners, and clients.
