Primary School Learning Support Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Psychology Graduate to join our team as a Primary School Learning Support Assistant. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with students who require additional support, and collaborate with a team of trained professionals to provide a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Assist in the development and implementation of personalized learning plans
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Relevant degree in Psychology or a related field
- Experience working with children with SEN or Mental Health issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and maintain confidentiality
