The Role
We are seeking passionate and motivated Graduate Tutors to support two key groups of students:
- Catch-Up Students
As a Graduate Tutor, you will work across a range of subject specialisms in a secondary school setting, supporting students aged 11-18. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective tutoring strategies to improve academic performance.
- Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement tailored tutoring plans to meet the individual needs of students.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff to identify students requiring additional support or challenge.
- Provide regular progress updates to students and parents/guardians.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture.
