About the Role

We are seeking an experienced sales and customer care professional to join our New Instructions Team in Frome. As the face of Lyons Bowe, you will be responsible for the onboarding of new clients and supporting the team leader by processing relevant documentation, responding to queries, and keeping parties informed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor online systems for new cases, opening files, and administering them while maintaining the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Build relationships with estate agents and external clients to support establishing the Lyons Bowe brand.
  • Support the New Instructions Team Leader and Head of Business Development in sales tasks as needed.
  • Identify opportunities and build long-term relationships with prospects.
  • Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a sales/customer service-based role in an office environment. Ideally, they will have worked within an Estate Agents or Law Firm and have a good understanding of the conveyancing process, but full training will be provided.

We are looking for an outgoing team player who is self-motivated and can work well under pressure.
