Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Legal Support Specialist to join our New Instructions Team in Frome. As the face of Lyons Bowe, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and professional advice to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Onboard new clients and support the team leader in processing documentation and responding to queries.
- Client contact and correspondence on current matters, including maintaining records and databases.
- Monitor online systems for new cases and administer files accordingly.
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and friendly manner.
- Build relationships with estate agents and other external clients to promote the Lyons Bowe brand.
- Support the New Instructions Team Leader and Head of Business Development in sales tasks as required.
- Identify opportunities and build long-term relationships with prospects.
- Promote the company's products and services to address or predict client objectives.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a sales/customer service-based role in an office environment. Ideally, they will have worked within an Estate Agents or Law Firm and have a good understanding of the conveyancing process. However, full training will be provided.
We are looking for a self-motivated and team-oriented individual who can work well under pressure.
