Conveyancing Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Customer Care Professional to join our New Instructions Team in Frome. As the face of Lyons Bowe, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients and supporting the team leader in processing documentation, responding to queries, and maintaining records.

• Monitor our online systems for new cases, opening files, and administering them while maintaining our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely and friendly manner, building relationships with estate agents and other external clients to support establishing the Lyons Bowe brand.
• Support the New Instructions Team Leader and Head of Business Development in sales tasks as needed, identifying opportunities and building long-term relationships with prospects.
• Promote our company's products and services, addressing or predicting clients' objectives, and provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a sales/customer service-based role in an office environment, ideally within an Estate Agents or Law Firm. We are looking for a self-motivated team player who can work well under pressure.
