Residential Conveyancing Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Residential Conveyancer to join our team in Somerset. As a key member of our property department, you will be responsible for advising and supporting clients with all types of residential sales and purchases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on residential sales and purchases, from initial instruction to completion
  • Take a proactive approach in building professional relationships with clients and other contacts
  • Maintain and promote the good image and reputation of the firm
  • Assist colleagues with marketing and training events and initiatives
  • Use case management software to manage workload and prioritize tasks

Requirements

  • Experience of residential conveyancing and managing a heavy workload
  • Ability to work effectively to multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks
  • Establishing and building professional relationships with clients and other contacts
  • A track record of meeting billing targets (desirable)
