Facilities Coordination Manager

As a Property Maintenance Manager at Knights Recruitment Solution, your primary responsibilities will include:
Coordinating and overseeing property repairs and maintenance
Managing relationships with contractors and service providers
Conducting regular property inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations
Monitoring and managing maintenance budgets
Ensuring timely responses to urgent maintenance issues and emergencies
Maintaining accurate logs of maintenance and compliance activities
Implementing preventative maintenance schedules to avoid future issues
About You
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual with a strong background in property or facilities maintenance. The ideal candidate will have experience in contractor management, a proven track record of delivering results, and excellent communication skills. A degree qualification and experience with Fixflo software are essential. While a clean driving license and access to a car are advantageous, they are not necessary.
What We Offer
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £20,000 to £27,000 per annum, with the potential to rise to £28,000 after the first year. In addition, they will receive a discretionary year-end bonus and a £500 bonus within the first three months. Our company also offers company-paid season parking and use of a pool car for work-related travel.
