Key Responsibilities
As a Property Maintenance Manager at Knights Recruitment Solution, your primary responsibilities will include:
• Coordinating and overseeing property repairs and maintenance
• Managing relationships with contractors and service providers
• Conducting regular property inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations
• Monitoring and managing maintenance budgets
• Ensuring timely responses to urgent maintenance issues and emergencies
• Maintaining accurate logs of maintenance and compliance activities
• Implementing preventative maintenance schedules to avoid future issues

About You
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual with a strong background in property or facilities maintenance. The ideal candidate will have experience in contractor management, a proven track record of delivering results, and excellent communication skills. A degree qualification and experience with Fixflo software are essential. While a clean driving license and access to a car are advantageous, they are not necessary.

What We Offer
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £20,000 to £27,000 per annum, with the potential to rise to £28,000 after the first year. In addition, they will receive a discretionary year-end bonus and a £500 bonus within the first three months. Our company also offers company-paid season parking and use of a pool car for work-related travel.
