Helpdesk Coordinator at London’s Largest Club Stadium - N17

Are you ready to step up your career and work client-side at one of London’s most iconic venues? We’re seeking a dynamic and organized Helpdesk Coordinator to join our vibrant team and take on a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations at the largest club stadium in the capital.

About the Role

* Location: Directly on-site at the stadium.

* Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7am–5pm, with a 35-hour workweek. Some flexibility will be required to cover events.

* Key Responsibilities:

* CAFM system management: Keep our systems running like clockwork.

* Financial duties: Assist with budgets, invoicing, and reporting.

* Sub-contractor management: Coordinate schedules, monitor performance, and maintain compliance.

* Support the wider team in delivering top-notch services.
