Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity and Access Management Specialist to join our team at Edenred PayTech. As an IAM Specialist, you will be responsible for administering the creation, change, disablement, and removal of all staff and customer access to our systems, ensuring compliance with our security policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer the creation, change, disablement, and removal of all staff and customer access to our systems, ensuring compliance with our security policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a full audit trail of all actions performed, by whom, and when to enable accountability and compliance.
  • Assist the business in the administration of the Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) matrix, adjusting existing processes to accommodate new job roles, changes to existing job roles, or the removal of job roles to ensure no drift takes place.
  • Maintain a suite of standards via documentation, with regular review and approvals to ensure governance and working practices are kept up to date.
  • Proactively communicate issues and problems to ensure no bottlenecks, technical debt, or risks are introduced into the IAM function.

Requirements:

  • Excellent standards of communication at all levels, both written and verbal.
  • High level of attention to detail, and organization.
  • Ability to work in a small, autonomous team.
  • Technically competent and able to pick up new technologies quickly.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism in a high-responsibility role.

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge and exposure to Atlassian tools (Jira & Confluence).
  • Familiarity with common authentication stacks and their management (Active Directory, IPA, Relation Databases, AWS IAM).
  • Experience of working in a financial institution.
