We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) specialist to join our team at Edenred PayTech. As an IAM Analyst, you will be responsible for administering the creation, change, disablement, and removal of staff and customer access to our systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer the creation, change, disablement, and removal of all staff and customer access to any and all systems within our platform.
- Maintain a full audit trail of all actions performed, by whom, and when to ensure accountability.
- Assist the business in the administration of the Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) matrix, ensuring that access and rights processes are up-to-date and compliant.
- Develop and maintain a suite of standards via documentation, with regular review and approvals to ensure governance and working practices are kept up-to-date.
- Proactively communicate issues and problems to ensure no bottlenecks, technical debt, or risks are introduced into the IAM function.
Requirements:
- Excellent standards of communication at all levels, both written and verbal.
- High level of attention to detail and organisation.
- Ability to work in a small, autonomous team.
- Technically competent and able to pick up new technologies quickly.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in a high-responsibility role.
Desirable:
- Knowledge and exposure to Atlassian tools (Jira & Confluence).
- Familiarity with common authentication stacks and their management (Active Directory, IPA, Relation Databases, AWS IAM).
- Experience of working in a financial institution.
