We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management Specialist to join our team at Edenred PayTech. As an IAM Specialist, you will be responsible for administering the creation, change, disablement, and removal of all staff and customer access to our systems, ensuring compliance with our security policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer the creation, change, disablement, and removal of all staff and customer access to our systems.
  • Maintain a full audit trail of all actions performed, by whom, and when.
  • Assist the business in the administration of the RBAC matrix, ensuring that access is granted based on job roles and responsibilities.
  • Proactively communicate issues and problems to ensure no bottlenecks or technical debt are introduced into the IAM function.
Requirements
  • Excellent standards of communication at all levels, both written and verbal.
  • High level of attention to detail and organization.
  • Ability to work in a small, autonomous team.
  • Technically competent and able to pick up new technologies quickly.
