Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Revenue & Reservations Manager to join our team at Highland Coast Hotels Ltd. As a key member of our revenue management department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and maximising occupancy across our properties.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimise room rates and improve occupancy
  • Manage distribution channels and oversee the daily operations of the reservations team
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to forecast room occupancy and inform pricing strategies
  • Lead and mentor the Reservations Coordinators to ensure high standards of customer service
  • Collaborate with hotel general managers, marketing, finance, and sales teams to align on revenue targets and promotions
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of yield management and dynamic pricing strategies
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a team, ensuring productivity and high customer service standards
  • Ability to interpret market trends, historical data, and competitor insights to inform pricing and booking strategies
  • Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS), Revenue Management Systems (RMS), and channel management platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners
