Reception Team Lead

Firth Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reservations Coordinator to join their team. This role will involve managing all bookings, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with the Reservations Manager to oversee the Reception area and support other departments as needed.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing all bookings, including handling payments and ensuring accuracy.
- Acting as the main point of contact for guests, providing a friendly and professional service from first inquiry to post-departure.
- Greeting all guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless check-in experience.
- Overseeing administrative tasks for all departments, ensuring smooth operations across the business.
- Anticipating guest needs and going the extra mile to ensure 5-star service at every opportunity.
- Managing the company's social media accounts, including creating posts, responding to guest inquiries, and helping build the online presence.
Key Skills:
We require an individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who can provide a friendly and approachable manner. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, are also essential. Additionally, a proactive and enthusiastic approach to work is required in this role. The estimated salary for this position is £28,000 - £33,000 per annum.
