About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Artist to join our team at Trinny London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert advice on our range of makeup and skincare products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide impeccable customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store feeling confident and empowered.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest makeup and skincare trends, and share your knowledge with customers to help them find the perfect products for their needs.
  • Artistry: Develop and maintain your artistry skills, and use them to create stunning looks for our customers.
  • Sales: Drive sales by providing exceptional customer service, and by staying up-to-date with our products and services.
  • Team Management: Assist the Business Manager with planning events, completing rotas, and motivating the team to improve their artistry and product knowledge.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a retail makeup artist position, ideally within the luxury sector.
  • Skills: Strong communication and mathematical skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets and KPIs.
  • Personality: A positive and can-do attitude, with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for makeup and skincare.
