We are seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Generalist to join our HC Operations team in the UK and Ireland.
This role involves delivering proactive and business-focused HR advice and services for our UK and Ireland office, which has a headcount of circa 700.
As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing daily HR guidance to management and stakeholders, as well as supporting on complex employee relations issues.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing counsel on complex employee relations issues
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Supporting the HC Operations team in resolving escalated queries
- Conducting exit interviews and reporting on findings from these interviews
We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum and a range of benefits.
